PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for estimating a photovoltaic power generation output, which can estimate the power generation output of photovoltaic power generation equipment without device installation in each user.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation output estimation device 100 estimates a first photovoltaic power generation output which is the power generation output of first photovoltaic power generation equipment 420, which supply power to a load 410 connected to a power system 400, at a predetermined time point.
