Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanocomposite material mainly containing starch and clay having high peel property, and has improved properties, including for example, high level transparency, improved mechanical and rheological properties, and/or sensitivity to reduced moisture (humidity).SOLUTION: There is provided a nanocomposite material containing moisture of 5 to 30 wt.% based on weight of a nanocomposite material containing starch and layered silicate clay which is improved to be hydrophobic. There is provided a nanocomposite material prepared by a melting treatment method including adding moisture to a calculated concentration of 10 to 50 wt.% based on weight of the nanocomposite material.EFFECT: The nanocomposite material has improved mechanical and rheological properties, and sensitivity to reduced moisture in that moisture intake and/or loss rate is low. The nanocomposite material is suitable for being used for packaging materials or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】デンプン、及び高剥離度を有する粘土を主成分とするナノコンポジット材料であって、例えば高度の透明性、改良された機械的及びレオロジー特性、並びに/又は低減された水分(湿気)への感受性を含む、改良された性質を有するナノコンポジット材料の提供。【解決手段】デンプン及び疎水性に改質された層状ケイ酸塩粘土を含むナノコンポジット材料の重量に対して5〜30重量%の水分を含み、実質的に剥離化されたナノコンポジット材料。ナノコンポジット材料の重量に対して10〜50重量%の計算濃度まで水分を添加することを含む溶融処理法によって調製される、ナノコンポジット材料。【効果】前記ナノコンポジット材料は改良された機械的及びレオロジー特性並びに水分取込及び/又は損失速度が低いという点で低減された水分への感受性を有す。前記ナノコンポジット材料は、包装材料等に使用するのに適している。【選択図】図3
