POST-PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMATION SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device which can perform efficient folding processing by setting the time of press-molding of the folding position of the preceding sheet in accordance with the progress of accumulation of the succeeding sheets when performing folding processing by continuously accumulating the sheets.SOLUTION: A post-processing device includes: folding processing means (B2) which performs folding processing of sheets accumulated in an accumulation unit (B1); a conveyance path (12) which conveys the folded sheets folded by the folding processing means to a storage unit on the downstream side; and pressing means (D) which is arranged in the conveyance path (12) and conveys the folded sheets to the storage unit (B4) while pressing the folded sheets in the folding direction.
