Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-clad laminate that can prevent a breakage of a graphite sheet, included as a heat radiation material in an insulating layer, and also makes it possible to confirm a position of the graphite sheet in the insulating layer, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A metal-clad laminate has a conductor layer, and an insulating layer placed on the conductor layer. The insulating layer has a base material having electric insulation properties, and a graphite sheet and a guide member embedded in the base material. The guide member and the graphite sheet have a specific physical relationship.
