When the thickness of at least one part of the dielectric layers 11 of at least one layer of the plurality of dielectric layers 11 is t1 and the thickness of inner electrodes 12a and 12b sandwiching at least one part of at least one layer of the dielectric layers 11 is t2, the following relational equation is satisfied: t1≥5×t2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
