PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated porous film and a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminated porous film obtained by laminating a heat-resistant layer containing a binder resin and a filler on one or both surfaces of a substrate porous film composed mainly of polyolefin, where the existence portion of at least one of the binder resin and the binder is formed so as to be brought into contact with the heat-resistant layer inside the substrate porous film and the total thickness of the existence portion is 1% or more and 20% or less of the thickness of the whole substrate porous film.
