Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device capable of detecting short circuit of a relay while reducing cost, and a battery pack system.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection device includes a relay, a measurement unit, and a detector. The relay is arranged between a power supply, that is a high voltage system, and an external circuit and switches an electrical connection state of the power source and the external circuit. The measurement unit is a high voltage system and is arranged in a high voltage system circuit that is connected between the relay and the external circuit, measuring a voltage of the high voltage system circuit. The detector is a low voltage system whose voltage is lower than the high voltage system, and detects short circuit of the relay based on the voltage measured by the measurement unit when the relay is instructed to open.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】コストを削減しつつ、リレーの短絡を検出することができる異常検出装置、および組電池システムを提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係る異常検出装置は、リレーと、計測部と、検出部とを備える。リレーは、高圧系統である、電源と外部回路との間に配置され、電源と外部回路との電気的な接続状態を切り替える。計測部は、高圧系統であり、リレーと外部回路との間に接続される高圧系統の回路に配置され、高圧系統の回路の電圧を計測する。検出部は、高圧系統よりも電圧が低い低圧系統であり、リレーが開放指示された場合に、計測部により計測された電圧に基づいて、リレーの短絡を検出する。【選択図】図1
