Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a studless tire is difficult to improve the on-ice performance (on-ice braking property) and wet performance at the same time, although various means have been proposed for improving the on-ice performance of the studless tire.SOLUTION: In a rubber composition, 1-50 pts.mass of porous silica having an amount of DBP oil absorption of more than 300 ml/100 g and 800 ml/100 g or less and a pore volume Vp of 2-10 ml/g and 0.5-20 pts.mass of thermally expandable microcapsules are blended with 100 pts.mass of a diene rubber having an average Tg of -100 to -50°C, where the total amount of the silica is 10-80 pts.mass and an amount of the porous silica to be blended is 70 mass% or less with respect to the total amount of the silica.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】スタッドレスタイヤの氷上性能(氷上での制動性)を向上させるために多くの手段が提案されているが、氷上性能およびウェット性能を同時に高めることは当業界では困難な事項とされてきた。【解決手段】平均Tgが−100〜−50℃であるジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、DBP吸油量が300ml/100gを超えかつ800ml/100g以下であり、なおかつ細孔容積Vpが2〜10ml/gである多孔質シリカを1〜50質量部、および熱膨張性マイクロカプセルを0.5〜20質量部配合し、シリカの総量が10〜80質量部であり、前記多孔質シリカの配合量が、前記シリカの総量の70質量%以下であるゴム組成物によって上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし |
