Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin for paste processing high in high shear viscosity of a vinyl chloride-based resin sol for paste processing manufactured by dispersing a vinyl chloride-based resin for paste processing in a plasticizer, good in spray processing property, less in viscosity change with time, excellent in mechanical strength with low temperature processing and having excellent properties as a coating agent, especially for automobile under body coating, for automobile sealant, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There are provided a vinyl chloride-based resin for paste processing containing a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer having average polymerization degree of over 1500 and 2500 or less and vinyl acetate residue unit of 6 to 10 wt.%, a specific surfactant of 100 to 3000 ppm, alkyl sulfuric acid ester salt of 2000 to 10000 ppm and polyvinyl alcohol of 500 to 20000 ppm, and a manufacturing method therefor.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 ペースト加工用塩化ビニル系樹脂を可塑剤に分散させて調製したペースト加工用塩化ビニル系樹脂ゾルの高せん断粘度が高くスプレー加工性が良好で、粘度経時変化が少なく、低温加工した際の機械的強度に優れ、コート剤、特に自動車アンダーボディコート用、自動車用シーラント用として優れた特性を有するペースト加工用塩化ビニル系樹脂及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 平均重合度が1500を越えて2500以下、酢酸ビニル残基単位を6〜10重量%有する塩化ビニル−酢酸ビニル共重合体、特定の界面活性剤100〜3000ppm、アルキル硫酸エステル塩2000〜10000ppm及びポリビニルアルコール500〜20000ppmを含有するペースト加工用塩化ビニル系樹脂及びその製造方法。【選択図】 なし
