Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of vanadium (III) sulfate hydrate capable of being easily manufactured, less in content of impurities and capable of making hydration number constant and making a value of substance quantity of the vanadium (III) sulfate during use accurate, and a manufacturing method of vanadium redox secondary battery for manufacturing an electrode by using the vanadium (III) sulfate hydrate.SOLUTION: A reaction aqueous solution containing trivalent vanadium ion and sulfate ion and having a difference between concentration of anion excluding hydroxide ion and concentration of the vanadium ion of 6.7 mol/L or less is prepared, the reaction aqueous solution is stirred and produced vanadium (III) sulfate hydrate is recovered from the reaction aqueous solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容易に製造することができ、不純物の含有量が少なく、また、水和数を一定化することができ、使用時の硫酸バナジウム(III )の物質量の値が正確になる硫酸バナジウム(III )水和物の製造方法、及び該硫酸バナジウム(III )水和物を用いて電極を製造するバナジウムレドックス二次電池の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】3価のバナジウムイオン及び硫酸イオンを含み、水酸化物イオンを除く陰イオンの濃度と前記バナジウムイオンの濃度との差が6.7mol/L以下である反応水溶液を調製し、前記反応水溶液を撹拌し、生成した硫酸バナジウム(III )水和物を反応水溶液から回収する。【選択図】図1 |
