Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bent plate with a printed layer by which printing can be carried out with excellent printing dimensional accuracy even on a surface to be printed, having a curved surface shape with a large curvature, or by which printing can be carried out so that excellent quality is obtained on an end surface.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a bent plate with a printed layer, there are used: a bent plate 10 which has an upper surface 11 and a lower surface 12, and which has a bent portion 13 on at least part thereof; a fixing jig 20 which has a fixing surface 21 corresponding to the lower surface 12; a screen 34; ink; and a squeegee 40. The bent plate 10 is held by the fixing jig 20, and the ink is supplied onto the screen 34 disposed above the bent plate 10. The squeegee 40 and a printing start part P of the bent plate 10 are brought into contact with each other via the screen 34, and then the squeegee 40 is caused to relatively traverse along the upper surface 11 of the bent plate 10, thereby extruding the ink from the screen 34 to form the printed layer. When the squeegee 40 is moved relatively to the bent plate 10, in a side view, a squeegee angle α formed by a surface S of the screen 34 in a state in which the squeegee 40 is not in contact therewith and by a center line L of the squeegee 40 is changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】曲率が大きい曲面形状の被印刷面にも、印刷寸法精度よい印刷、または端面において良好な品質となる印刷を実施できる印刷層付き屈曲板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】上面11と下面12とを有し、少なくとも一部に屈曲部13を有する屈曲板10と、下面12と対応する固定表面21を有する固定治具20と、スクリーン34と、インクと、スキージ40と、を使用する。屈曲板10を固定治具20で保持すると共に、屈曲板10の上方に配置したスクリーン34上にインクを供給し、スクリーン34を介してスキージ40と屈曲板10の印刷開始部位Pとを接触させた後、スキージ40を屈曲板10の上面11に沿って相対的に横切らせてインクをスクリーン34から押し出して印刷層を形成する。スキージ40を屈曲板10に対して相対移動する際、側面視において、スキージ40が接触しない状態でのスクリーン34の面Sと、スキージ40の中心線Lと、で形成されるスキージ角度αを変化させる。【選択図】図1
