Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a concrete hardening body capable of providing a concrete hardening body high in initial strength.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a hardening body of a hydraulic composition by mixing a material for hydraulic composition containing water, a hydraulic powder and an aggregate to prepare the hydraulic composition with mass ratio of water/hydraulic powder of 20 mass% to 35 mass%, filling the hydraulic composition in a mold form and then conducting heat curing, the heat curing is conducted after passing term with maturity factor of 60°C h to 150°C h within 6 hours after a point that water and the hydraulic powder contact at first during mixing, the maturity factor is calculated by integration of the formula (C-30)×T, where T is time (h) with ambient temperature of mold form of 30°C to 65°C with a point that the ambient temperature of the mold form reaches 30°C or higher first time as a starting point, C is the ambient temperature (°C) of the frame form at time T, and the heat curing includes a process for holding at 75°C or more for 1 hour or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】初期強度の高いコンクリート硬化体が得られるコンクリート硬化体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】水と水硬性粉体と骨材とを含む水硬性組成物用材料を混合して水/水硬性粉体の質量比が20質量%以上35質量%以下の水硬性組成物を調製し、該水硬性組成物を型枠内に充填した後、加熱養生を行う水硬性組成物の硬化体の製造方法であって、前記混合の際に最初に水と水硬性粉体とが接触した時点から6時間以内にマチュリティが60℃・h以上150℃・h以下である期間を経た後、前記加熱養生を行い、前記マチュリティは、式(C−30)×Tの積算により算出され、ここで、Tは、型枠の周囲温度が最初に30℃以上に達した時点を始点として型枠の周囲温度が30℃以上65℃以下にある時間(時間)であり、Cは、時間Tにおける型枠の周囲温度(℃)であり、前記加熱養生は、75℃以上で1時間以上保持する工程を含む、水硬性組成物の硬化体の製造方法。【選択図】なし
