Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary optics light source with a rectangular light pattern.SOLUTION: A primary optics light source comprises a substrate 10, an LED chip 11, and a package gel body 12. The LED chip is installed at the substrate, and the package gel body covers the LED chip to fix it to the substrate. The cross-section of the package gel body in an X-axis direction has, in order from the substrate, a pair of first bent sections, a pair of second bent sections, and a top section. The first bent sections are disposed opposite to each other and extend from the substrate to couple with the respective second bent sections, and the second bent sections are also disposed opposite to each other and coupled to an end of the top section. The first bent sections, the second bent sections, and the top section are all arc shaped. The cross-section of the package gel body in a Y-axis direction is arc shaped. The X-axis and the Y-axis are perpendicular to each other, and a plane formed by being sandwiched between the X-axis and the Y-axis is parallel to the substrate and provided for installing the LED chip. Accordingly, a ray of the LED chip is emitted through the package gel body to form a rectangular light pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】矩形光パターンを有する一次光学発光源を提供する。【解決手段】基板10と、LEDチップ11と、パッケージゲル体12とを備え、LEDチップを基板に設けて、パッケージゲル体をLEDチップに被覆してそれを固定し、パッケージゲル体のX軸方向断面は、基板から順に一対の第1屈曲部、一対の第2屈曲部及び頂部を有し、各第1屈曲部が対向設置されると共に、基板から延伸して各第2屈曲部と接合され、各第2屈曲部も対向設置されると共に、頂部の一端と接合され、かつ第1屈曲部、第2屈曲部及び頂部はそれぞれ弧形であり、パッケージゲル体のY軸方向断面は弧形であり、その中、X軸とY軸が相互に垂直であり、かつX軸とY軸で挟まれて形成する平面は、基板に平行してLEDチップを設置するための平面であり、これにより、LEDチップの光線が前記パッケージゲル体を透過して矩形光パターンを射出して形成する。【選択図】図1 |
