PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device that can be reduced in size by simplifying the configuration of the entire device and can also be reduced in manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components.SOLUTION: Means 7 for carrying in/out a work piece from a cassette 60 comprises: a regulating member that regulates in a predetermined position a gripping part, which grips the work piece in the cassette, and the work piece; a support base 72 on which the gripping part and the regulating member are disposed; and a moving part that moves the support base. Temporarily placing means 8 extends in a Y-axis direction and has a bottom part for supporting the work piece, and a side part. The bottom part comprises: a pair of first support rails 80A configured so as to be able to be opened or closed; a pair of second support rails 80B disposed directly below the support rails; and a lifting/lowering part that lifts and lowers both. An X-axis guide rail is disposed over an area below at least cutting means 4 from directly below the temporarily placing means.
