Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of increasing the total amount of heat of heating while avoiding damage, in heating metal by two kinds of heating methods of resistance heating and induction heating.SOLUTION: After metal in a solid state is disposed, the supply of AC power to a coil assembly is started at an initial supply amount to heat the metal. On this occasion, if a deviation amount based on a difference between a phase difference of a phase of AC current with respect to a phase of AC voltage in a state where molten metal does not exist and a phase difference of a phase of AC current with respect to a phase of AC voltage at the present moment is larger than a predetermined reference value, the supply amount of the AC power is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】抵抗加熱および誘導加熱の2種類の加熱方法によって金属を加熱する際に、ダメージを回避しながら加熱の総熱量を増やすことが可能な技術の提供。【解決手段】固体の状態の金属を配置した後で、コイルアッセンブリへの交流電力の供給を、初期供給量の供給量で開始して、金属を加熱する。この際、溶融金属が存在しない状態における交流電圧の位相に対する交流電流の位相の位相差と、現時点における交流電圧の位相に対する交流電流の位相の位相差と、の違いに基づく偏差量が、所定の基準値よりも大きい場合に、交流電力の供給量を増加させる。【選択図】図2 |
