Accordingly, when a rod guide 8 is assembled thereafter, the rod guide 8 can be readily fitted to the cylinder 2 and the external cylinder 3 because the cylinder 2 is coaxially positioned (fixed) relative to the external cylinder 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】製造時における組付け性を向上させた緩衝器及び当該緩衝器の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】シリンダ2を外筒3に組み付けることで、シリンダ2に装着された位置決めプレート41によりシリンダ2が外筒3に対して同軸に位置決めされる。これにより、その後のロッドガイド8の組み付け時に、シリンダ2が外筒3に対して同軸に位置決め(固定)されているので、ロッドガイド8をシリンダ2及び外筒3に容易に嵌合させることができる。【選択図】図2 |
