Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method or the like of a laminate capable of heightening, furthermore than hitherto, a starting temperature of generation of a crack on a spray deposit when heating a substrate, concerning a laminate obtained by forming on the substrate, a spray deposit comprising a material different from the substrate.SOLUTION: In a laminate including a substrate, an intermediate layer comprising a material different from the substrate, and a spray deposit comprising a material different from the substrate and the intermediate layer, and formed on the surface of the intermediate layer, the intermediate layer is formed by using a metal or an alloy having a thermal expansion coefficient between a thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate and a thermal expansion coefficient of the spray deposit, and a compressive stress is accumulated in the intermediate layer at a room temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】基材に、該基材と異なる材料からなる溶射膜を形成した積層体において、基材を加熱した際に溶射膜に割れが発生し始める温度を従来よりもさらに高くすることができる積層体の製造方法等を提供する。【解決手段】基材と、基材と異なる材料からなる中間層と、基材及び中間層と異なる材料からなり、中間層の表面に形成された溶射膜と、を備え、中間層は、基材の熱膨張係数と溶射膜の熱膨張係数との間の熱膨張係数を有する金属又は合金を用いて形成され、室温において、中間層に圧縮応力が蓄積している。【選択図】図2 |
