Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust hole closing device capable of inhibiting that a closure valve becomes hard to move.SOLUTION: There is provided an exhaust hole closing device attached to a foam molding die for molding a foam molded body by a foam resin obtained by foam curing a foam raw liquid injected to inside, exhaust holes are arranged on upper die of the foam molding die communicating inside and outside of the foam molding die. By moving an axis part in an axis direction by a drive part arranged in an outside of the upper die, the exhaust holes is opened by abutting an abutting face of the closure valve fixed to the axis part with the upper die, or the exhaust holes are opened by releasing abutting of the abutting face with the upper die. Because the abutting face is in non-parallel to an axis core of the axis part at a cross section including the axis core of the core part, the foam resin cured between the abutting face and the upper die can be made rubbing between the abutting face and the upper die hard even when the closure valve is moved in an axis direction of the axis part. As the result, it can be inhibited that the closure valve becomes hard to move by the cured foam resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】閉鎖弁が動き難くなることを防止できる排気孔閉鎖装置を提供すること。【解決手段】内部に注入される発泡原液を発泡硬化させた発泡樹脂により発泡成形体が成形される発泡成形型に取り付けられる排気孔閉鎖装置であって、発泡成形型の内外を連通する排気孔が発泡成形型の上型に設けられる。上型の外側に配置される駆動部により軸状部を軸方向に移動させることで、軸状部に固定される閉鎖弁の当接面を上型に当接させて排気孔を閉鎖させたり、上型への当接面の当接を解除して排気孔を開放させたりする。当接面は、軸状部の軸心を含む断面において、軸状部の軸心と非平行であるので、閉鎖弁を軸状部の軸方向に移動させても、当接面と上型との間で硬化した発泡樹脂を、当接面および上型との間で擦れ合い難くできる。その結果、硬化した発泡樹脂により閉鎖弁が動き難くなることを防止できる。【選択図】図1 |
