QUICK CONTINUOUS INSOLUBILIZATION/CLEANING METHOD OF CONTAMINANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick continuous insolubilization/cleaning method which is more miniaturized, permits simpler operation, has higher processability and is further energy-saving as compared to the conventional technique.SOLUTION: A continuous insolubilization/cleaning method of contaminant contained in material to be treated includes: a process of projecting the material to be treated of cinders, soot dust, slag, sludge, concrete chips, etc. which contain the contaminant and/or soil, an insolubilizing agent and water into a prescribed manufacturing apparatus of a mixture of the material to be treated and water using high pressure jet water; a process of manufacturing the material to be treated, the insolubilizing agent and water by jetting pressure water as a high speed jetting body from one end of the manufacturing apparatus; and a process of stagnating the mixture in the manufacturing apparatus over an adequate time in order to form the insolubilized material by bringing the contaminant and the insolubilizing agent into contact with each other and discharging insolubilization treated material in which insolubilized material is suspended from the other end of the manufacturing apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来技術のものに比較して、より小型であり、操作が簡単であり、処理能力が高く、さらに省エネルギーである、迅速な連続不溶化・洗浄方法の提供。【解決手段】汚染物質を含有する、燃え殻、煤塵、鉱さい、汚泥、コンクリート屑等、及び／又は土壌である被処理物と、不溶化剤と、水とを、高圧ジェット水を用いた被処理物と水の混合物の所定の製造装置に、投入する工程；該製造装置の一端から、圧力水を、高速噴流体として噴出することにより、該被処理物と不溶化剤と水との混合物を製造する工程；該汚染物質と該不溶化剤とが接触して不溶化物を形成するために十分な時間にわたり、該混合物を該製造装置内に滞留させて、不溶化物が懸濁した不溶化処理物を、該製造装置の他端から、排出する工程；を含む、被処理物中に含有される汚染物質の連続不溶化・洗浄方法。【選択図】図１
