PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measured value reading device or the like, for properly determining whether or not a read measured value is incorrect.SOLUTION: A measured value reading device 10 comprises: a measured value reading unit 13 for reading a measured value of a measurement instrument, on the basis of an image of the measurement instrument imaged by a camera 20; and a determination unit 14 for, when the measured value read by the measured value reading unit 13 is out of a prescribed range, determining that the measured value read by the measured value reading unit 13 is incorrect, for the measured value.
