Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drive assistance more appropriately in order to avoid an entanglement accident.SOLUTION: A drive assist device of the present invention is mounted in the own vehicle traveling on one side of a road, comprising: a vehicle stoppage determination unit; a signal determination unit; a drive assist unit; and an adjustment unit. The vehicle stoppage determination unit determines whether a signal at an intersection ahead of the own vehicle is sending a stoppage indication and the own vehicle is approaching the intersection, and whether the own vehicle is being stopped anticipating a turn to one side at the intersection. The signal determination unit determines, when affirmative determination is obtained by the vehicle stoppage determination unit, whether or not the indication from the signal has changed to a go-ahead indication. When affirmative determination is obtained by the signal determination unit and the own vehicle starts running, the drive assist unit provides drive assistance for avoiding contact between the own vehicle and a two-wheeler behind the own vehicle if the distance between the intersection and the two-wheeler is below an intersection threshold. The adjustment unit progressively raises the intersection threshold in correspondence to an increase in the speed of the two-wheeler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】巻き込みを回避するための運転支援を、より適切に行う。【解決手段】運転支援装置は、道路の一方の側を走行する自車両に搭載され、停車判定部と、信号判定部と、運転支援部と、調整部とを備える。停車判定部は、自車両前方の交差点の信号が停車指示を発していると共に、自車両が、該交差点に接近しており、且つ、該交差点を一方の側に曲がる予定で停車しているか否かを判定する。また、信号判定部は、停車判定部により肯定判定が得られると、信号からの指示が走行指示に変わったか否かを判定する。また、運転支援部は、信号判定部により肯定判定が得られ、且つ、自車両が走行を開始すると、該交差点と自車両後方の二輪車との間の距離が交差点閾値を下回る場合に、自車両と二輪車との接触回避のための運転支援を行う。また、調整部は、二輪車の速度が大きくなるに従い、交差点閾値を高くする。【選択図】図4 |
