FLOW CONTROL VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve capable of maintaining sealability between a housing and a valve stem by improving durability of a lip seal.SOLUTION: An EGR valve includes: a housing including a flow passage; a valve seat provided in the flow passage; a valve body provided so as to be seated in the valve seat; a valve stem in which the valve body is provided at one end part; an actuator for driving the valve stem for moving the valve body with respect to the valve seat; and a lip seal 13 for sealing between the housing and the valve stem and for sealing the actuator from the flow passage. The lip seal 13 includes: a metal ring 21 formed by cylindrical metal; and a rubber part 22 formed by a rubber material held by the metal ring 21. A plurality of communication holes 51 for communicating inside and outside of the metal ring 21 are arranged evenly across the whole area in an outside cylindrical part 31 and an inside cylindrical part 33 of the metal ring 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】リップシールの耐久性を向上させてハウジングと弁軸との間のシール性を維持できる流量制御弁を提供する。【解決手段】流路を備えるハウジングと、流路に設けられる弁座と、弁座に着座可能に設けられる弁体と、弁体が一端部に設けられた弁軸と、弁体を弁座に対して移動させるために弁軸を駆動させるアクチュエータと、ハウジングと弁軸との間を封止してアクチュエータを流路から封止させるリップシール１３と、を有するＥＧＲバルブにおいて、リップシール１３は、筒状の金属により形成される金環２１と、金環２１に保持されるゴム材により形成されるゴム部２２と、を備え、金環２１の内外を連通させる連通穴５１が、金環２１の外側筒状部３１と内側筒状部３３における全面に亘って均等に、複数配置されている。【選択図】図３
