Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an error determination device which does not need to prepare a verification pattern of a pseudo error, and can determine the non-existence of an error.SOLUTION: An error determination method recognizes one end P1 at which an inside circular arc 51a continues to a vertical linear line 51b, recognizes the other end P2 at which the inside circular arc 51a continues to a lateral linear line 51c, and recognizes a center point P3 of the inside circular arc 51a. The method recognizes one end P4 at which an outside circular arc 52a continues to the vertical linear line 52b, recognizes the other end P5 at which the outside circuit arc 52a continues to the lateral linear line 52c, and recognizes a center point P6 of the outside circuit arc. When displacement between the center point P3 of the inside circuit arc 51a and the center point P6 of the outside circular arc 52a is within a prescribed allowance, the method also determines that an error does not exist in a pattern which includes the inside circuit arc 51a and the outside circular arc 52a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
