Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strain estimation device, a diagnosis device and a strain estimation method with which it is possible to acquire strain without using a strain gauge.SOLUTION: A strain estimation device 20 comprises a pressure acquisition unit 22 for acquiring a pressure signal that includes time-series pressure values at a prescribed position around an inducer 2, an estimation unit 24 for estimating a strain signal that includes time-series strain values occurring in the inducer 2 on the basis of the pressure signal, and an output unit 26 for outputting the strain signal.
