Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device which does not make abrasion powder flow out to the outside even if an elastic body is worn, and is high in durability, and a steering device.SOLUTION: A damper device 50 comprises a shaft 20, a housing 40 having a housing body 41 and a regulation part 42, and an impact absorption member 60 inserted into a shaft part 21, and interposed between an end face 24a of a large-diameter part 24 and a regulation face 42a in an axial line direction A. The impact absorption member 60 comprises: an impact receiving member 61 having a cylinder part 61a, and a discharge circular part 61b having an annular ring external peripheral face 61b2 which opposes a housing internal peripheral face 41a so as to be relatively movable in the axial line direction A, and a contact face 61b1 which can contact with the large-diameter part 24 opposing the regulation face 42a; and an elastic body 62. A first adhesive recess 63 is formed at least at either of the annular ring external peripheral face 61b2 and the housing internal peripheral face 41a opposing the annular ring external peripheral face 61b2 in a peripheral direction, and a first adhesive material is charged into the first adhesive recess 63.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】弾性体が摩耗しても摩耗粉が外部に流出することがない耐久性の高いダンパ装置およびステアリング装置を提供する。【解決手段】ダンパ装置50は、シャフト20と、ハウジング本体41と規制部42とを備えるハウジング40と、軸部21に挿通され軸線方向Aにおいて大径部24の端面24aと規制面42aとの間に介装される衝撃吸収部材60と、を備えるダンパ装置である。そして、衝撃吸収部材60は、筒部61a、及び、ハウジング内周面41aに対し軸線方向Aに相対移動可能となるよう対向する円環外周面61b2と規制面42aに対向する大径部24に接触可能な接触面61b1とを有する円環部61bを備える衝撃受部材61と、弾性体62と、を備え、円環外周面61b2、及び、円環外周面61b2に対向するハウジング内周面41aの少なくとも一方には、周方向に第一接着剤凹部63が形成され、第一接着剤凹部63に第一接着性材料が充填される。【選択図】図3
