Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blower device which has good air blowing efficiency with respect to the problem in which sufficient air blowing efficiency cannot be acquired when an axial direction length of an impeller becomes small as a result of reduction in thickness.SOLUTION: A blower device includes: a blower part having a plurality of flat plates arrayed via a gap in an axial direction; a motor part for rotating the blower part; and a housing for accommodating the blower part and the motor part. The housing includes: an intake port penetrating in an axial direction at an upper part of the blower part; and an air blowing port opening toward the radial direction radially outside of the blower part. At least one part of the flat plates has a plurality of guide parts which are a recessed part or a protrusion part extending in the radial direction at least on one of an upper surface and a lower surface. When the blower part rotates, by viscosity resistance of the surface of the flat plate and a centrifugal force, an airflow going radially outside generates between the flat plates. As the airflow generates between the flat plates, the airflow hardly leaks in the vertical direction, and by having guide parts on the surface of the flat plates, air blowing efficiency can be improved even further.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】薄型化してインペラの軸方向長さが小さくなると、十分な送風効率を得られなくなるという問題に対し、送風効率の良好な遠心型送風装置を提供する。【解決手段】この送風装置は、軸方向隙間を介して配列された複数の平板を有する送風部と、送風部を回転させるモータ部と、送風部およびモータ部を収容するハウジングとを有する。ハウジングは、送風部の上部において軸方向に貫通する吸気口と、送風部の径方向外側において径方向に向けて開口する送風口とを有する。平板の少なくとも一部は、その上面および下面の少なくとも一方に径方向に延びる凹部または凸部である複数の案内部を有する。送風部が回転すると、平板の表面の粘性抵抗および遠心力により、平板間に径方向外側へと向かう気流が発生する。平板間に気流を生じさせるため、上下方向に当該気流が漏れにくく、また平板の表面に案内部を有することにより、送風効率をより向上できる。【選択図】図6 |
