Zusammenfassung:SOLUTION: A blower device includes: a blower part having a plurality of flat plates 411, 413-416 arrayed via a gap in an axial direction; a motor part for rotating the blower part; and a housing for accommodating the blower part and the motor part. The housing includes: an intake port penetrating in the axial direction at an upper part of the blower part; and an air blowing port opening toward the radial direction radially outside of the blower part. One of the flat plates has a protrusion part 710 protruding upward and/or downward and the other one has an opposing part opposing to the protrusion part in the circumferential direction.
