Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building capable of suitably securing a space such as a habitable room and suitably enhancing aseismic performance.SOLUTION: A base-isolation building comprises: a base-isolation device installed between columns 2 and 3 of a superstructure body A1, and the columns 2 and 3 of a substructure body; and an intermediary base-isolation layer which allows the base-isolation device to support the superstructure body A1. A plurality of inner columns 3 are arranged on a virtual line R which has a rectangular shape in a planer view, and intervals of the inner columns 3 next to each other are set on the basis of a size of the base-isolation device. The base-isolation building also has: a core section B1 which has high rigidity with the plurality of inner columns 3 collectively arranged in a central section of a building; a building outer periphery section B2; and a structure B3 which connects the inner columns and outer columns and has lower rigidity relative to the core section B1 and the building external section B2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】居室等の空間を好適に確保でき、且つ好適に耐震性能を付与することを可能にする免震建物を提供する。【解決手段】上部構造体A1の柱2、3と下部構造体の柱2、3の間に免震装置を介設し、免震装置で上部構造体A1を支持する中間免震層を備える。また、平面視方形状の仮想線R上に複数の内柱3が配設されるとともに免震装置の大きさに基づいて隣り合う内柱3の間隔が設定され、複数の内柱3を集中配置して建物中央部に設けられた高剛性の芯部B1と、建物外周部B2と、内柱と外柱を繋ぎ、芯部B1及び建物外周部B2に対して相対的に低剛性の架構B3とを備えて構成する。【選択図】図2 |
