BALCONY ELIMINATING NEED FOR DRAINAGE GUTTER AND DOWNPIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony that can surely discharge water intruding into a top face of a floor of the balcony without making water pass through the interior of the floor of the balcony or the interior of walls on the outer periphery of the balcony and without installing a drainage gutter and a downpipe.SOLUTION: In a balcony 1 having a floor surface 2 and a handrail 3 rising in the vertical direction from the floor surface 2 on the outer peripheral sides, at least one side of the outer peripheral sides of the floor surface 2 is an end side 4 in which a riser wall preventing drainage is not installed, and at least one side of the end sides 4 is a drain side 5, and a small space 8 is installed between a side face 6 of the drain side 5 and a side face 7 of the handrail 3. A drainage slope is installed toward the drain side 5 in the floor surface 2 of the balcony. When the floor surface 2 is a wooden structure, the floor surface 2 and the side face 6 of the drain side 5 are covered by a waterproof coated film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】バルコニーの床の上面に浸入した水を、バルコニーの床の内部、又はバルコニーの外周の壁の内部を通過させることなく、排水溝や縦樋を設けずに確実に排水できるバルコニーを提供する。【解決手段】床面２とその外周辺に床面２から垂直方向に 立ち上がる手摺３を備えるバルコニー１において、床面２の外周辺のうち少なくとも一辺は、排水を妨げる立ち上がり壁が設けられていない端辺４であり、端辺４のうち少なくとも一辺は排水用辺５であり、排水用辺５の側面６と手摺３の側面７の間に微小な間隙８が設けられる。そして、バルコニーの床面２には排水用辺５に向かって水勾配が設けられる。床面２が木造構造の場合、床面２及び排水用辺５の側面６が防水性塗膜により被覆される。【選択図】図１
