Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire that can make both bead durability and rolling resistance compatible.SOLUTION: The tire comprises: a bead core; a first bead filler provided outside in a tire radial direction of the bead core and is tapered toward outside in the tire radial direction when viewed from a cross section in a tire width direction; a carcass wound around the bead core and the first bead filler; and a second bead filler arranged outside in the tire width direction of a folding part of the carcass extending outside in the tire width direction of the bead core and the first bead filler. Heights in the tire radial direction of the first bead filler are set to a range between 6 mm and 17 mm. The carcass is constituted of carcass plies formed of carcass cords whose diameters are in a range of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. The folding part has a region extending along the first bead filler, and an overlapping region extending along the carcass at a tire inner periphery side. A length in the tire radial direction of the overlapping region is set to 30% to 70% of the height in the tire radial direction of the folding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ビード耐久性と転がり抵抗の両立が可能なタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】ビードコアと、ビードコアのタイヤ半径方向外側に設けられ、タイヤ幅方向断面視においてタイヤ半径方向外側に向けて先細りとなる第1ビードフィラーと、ビードコア及び第1ビードフィラーの周囲に巻き付けられたカーカスと、ビードコア及び第1ビードフィラーのタイヤ幅方向外側において延長するカーカスの折返し部のタイヤ幅方向外側に配置された第2ビードフィラーとを備え、第1ビードフィラーのタイヤ半径方向高さが6mm〜17mmの範囲で設定され、カーカスを、直径が0.5mm〜1.0mmの範囲のカーカスコードで形成されたカーカスプライで構成し、折返し部が、第1ビードフィラーに沿って延長する領域と、タイヤ内周側のカーカスに沿って延長する重なり領域とを有し、重なり領域のタイヤ半径方向長さを折返し部のタイヤ半径方向高さの30%〜70%に設定した。【選択図】図2 |
