Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of an ultraviolet curable film and an ultraviolet irradiation device which can lower an oxygen concentration of a space including an irradiated area to an expected value in a short time, and can form a highly-hard ultraviolet curable film with high efficiency.SOLUTION: In a forming method of an ultraviolet curable film, a coating film of a curable composition containing a polymerizable component formed on a belt base body is irradiated with light for curing from an ultraviolet light source to polymerize the polymerizable component and form the ultraviolet curable film. A translucent casing which transmits an ultraviolet ray is interposed between the ultraviolet light source and the coating film of the curable composition, and the light for curing is irradiated through the translucent casing while discharging inert gas from a vent hole formed in a position opposite to the coating film of the curable composition in the translucent casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 短時間で被照射領域を含む空間の酸素濃度を所期の値まで低下させることができて、高硬度の紫外線硬化膜を高い効率で形成することができる紫外線硬化膜の形成方法および紫外線照射装置の提供。【解決手段】 紫外線硬化膜の形成方法は、ベルト基体上に形成された重合性成分を含有する硬化用組成物の塗膜に、紫外線光源から硬化用光を照射することによって、前記重合性成分を重合させて紫外線硬化膜を形成する方法であって、紫外線光源と硬化用組成物の塗膜との間に紫外線を透過する透光性筺体を介在させ、当該透光性筺体における前記硬化用組成物の塗膜と対向する位置に形成された通気口から不活性ガスを吐出させながら、前記透光性筺体を介して硬化用光を照射することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1 |
