Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support rod and a plug body for a support rod which constitutes the rod which, even if a top part of the support rod is stricken by a striking tool such as a hammer when the support rod is hit into the ground, can prevent the plug body for a support rod from being excessively pressed into a metal pipe and then the end face of the metal pipe is exposed to generate rust, and additionally can efficiently execute a conveyance work or a hammering work of the support rod.SOLUTION: A plug body 2 for a support rod formed of synthetic resin constitutes a support rod P including a metal pipe 1 coated by synthetic resin, and includes a collar part 21, in which a fitting/inserting part 22 substantially equal to the inner shape of the metal pipe 1 is formed on at least one end part of the collar part 21. A washer 3 of an outer shape larger than the inner shape of the metal pipe 1 is provided for one end part of the collar part 21 to which the fitting/inserting part 22 is formed. Then, the fitting/inserting part 22 of the plug body 2 for a support rod is fitted/inserted into the end part of the metal pipe 1, and a coating layer 4 of synthetic resin is formed from an outer peripheral side 11 of the metal pipe 1 to an outer peripheral side 211 of the collar part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】支柱を地中に打ち込む際、支柱の上部をハンマーなどの打撃具で打撃しても、支柱用栓体が金属管の中にめり込み、それによって前記金属管の端面が露出して錆が発生するのを防ぐことができ、加えて支柱の運搬作業や打ち込み作業を効率よく実施することができる支柱及びそれを構成する支柱用栓体を提供する。【解決手段】合成樹脂で被覆された金属管1を備えた支柱Pを構成すると共に、鍔部21を備え、該鍔部21の少なくとも一端部に前記金属管1の内形とほぼ等しい嵌挿部22が形成された合成樹脂で形成されている支柱用栓体2であって、前記嵌挿部22が形成されている前記鍔部21の一端部に、前記金属管1の内形より大きい外形の座金3を設ける。そして、前記支柱用栓体2の嵌挿部22が前記金属管1の端部に嵌挿され、該金属管1の外周側面11から前記鍔部21の外周側面211にかけて合成樹脂の被覆層4を形成する。【選択図】 図5 |
