PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device capable of reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: A transmission device of the present disclosure comprises: a first transmission section which has a plurality of drivers configured to transmit a signal using a plurality of voltages including a first voltage, a second voltage, and a third voltage between the first voltage and the second voltage, respectively and transmits a sequence of a symbol; a second transmission section which has a plurality of drivers configured to transmit a signal using a plurality of voltages respectively and transmits a sequence of a symbol; and a voltage generating section for generating the third voltage.
