PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic capacitor of low ESL, suitable for incorporation into a board.SOLUTION: A capacitor body 10 has a first internal electrode 11 and a second internal electrode 12 facing in the lamination direction, a first external electrode 15 and a second external electrode 16 connected with the first internal electrode, and provided to surround a first lateral face, a first principal surface 10a, a second lateral face and a second principal surface 10b, and a third external electrode 17 connected with the second internal electrode, and provided to surround the first lateral face, the first principal surface, the second lateral face and the second principal surface.
