Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on an entire system by keeping down traceability information transmitted from a processing device to a server to a minimum.SOLUTION: In an information management system (1), a mounting device (10) for mounting components to a circuit board (W) is communicatively connected with a server (20) for managing traceability information on a circuit board-by-circuit board basis. The mounting device compares the traceability information with master information on the circuit board-by-circuit board basis, and generates transmission data including differential information between the traceability information and the master information in addition to identification information on the circuit board. The server manages the traceability information on the circuit board-by-circuit board basis on the basis of the transmission data received from a processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】処理装置からサーバに送信されるトレーサビリティ情報を最小限に抑えて、システム全体の負荷を低減すること。【解決手段】基板(W)に対して部品を実装する実装装置(10)と基板毎のトレーサビリティ情報を管理するサーバ(20)とが通信可能に接続された情報管理システム(1)において、実装装置が、基板毎にトレーサビリティ情報をマスタ情報と比較し、基板の識別情報に加えてトレーサビリティ情報とマスタ情報の差分情報を含む送信データを生成し、サーバが、処理装置から受信した送信データに基づいて基板毎にトレーサビリティ情報を管理する構成にした。【選択図】図3 |
