STEERING WHEEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel having a vibrator and a high degree of design freedom.SOLUTION: A steering wheel 1 has a steering hub portion 7, a wheel portion 2, and spoke parts 8L and 8R which extend from the steering hub portion 7 and continue to the wheel portion 2. The wheel portion 2 has a core 3 of which a cross-sectional shape surrounding the steering wheel 1 forms an U shape, a foam synthetic resin layer 4 covering the core 3, and a leather 5 which covers the foam synthetic resin layer 4 and forms the outermost surface of the wheel portion 2. Partitions 3a and 3b which partition and form a vibrator storage section S are provided inside of the core 3, and a case 10 covering the vibrator storage section S is mounted to the core 3. A vibrator 20 is installed in the vibrator storage section S between the core 3 and the case 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】バイブレータを備え、デザイン自由度の高いステアリングホイールを提供する。【解決手段】本発明のステアリングホイール１は、ステアリングハブ部７、ホイール部２、及びステアリングハブ部７から延出し、ホイール部２に連なるスポーク部８Ｌ、８Ｒを有する。ホイール部２は、ステアリングホイール１を周回する断面形状がＵ字形の芯金３と、芯金３を覆う発泡合成樹脂層４と、発泡合成樹脂層４を覆い、ホイール部２の最表面を形成する皮革５と、を備える。芯金３の内部にバイブレータ収容部Ｓを区画形成する隔壁３ａ，３ａが設けられており、バイブレータ収容部Ｓを覆うケース１０が芯金３に取り付けられている。芯金３とケース１０との間のバイブレータ収容部Ｓにバイブレータ２０が設置されている。【選択図】図７
