Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new metallic mesh coffee filter and its manufacturing method in which there is little mixture of fine powder of coffee powder.SOLUTION: A coffee filter of the present invention includes a filter body 2 formed in the shape of a downwardly-narrowed container by a metallic mesh, and contains appropriate coffee powder P in a coffee powder storage unit R formed in the inside of this filter body 2 to extract coffee liquid. The metallic mesh for forming the filter body 2 is characterized by having a structure in which the gap size between transverse lines disposed along the horizontal direction is formed smaller than the gap size between the longitudinal lines disposed along the vertical direction, and the sieve openings of the mesh are different vertically and horizontally. Also, the gap sizes between the transverse lines are set in the gap sizes smaller than the fine powder of the coffee powder P at a vertical projection distance. Alternatively, it is preferable that the gap sizes between the longitudinal lines may be set in the gap size larger than the fine powder of the coffee powder P in a front view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 コーヒー粉の微粉の混入がほとんどない新規な金属製メッシュコーヒーフィルターとその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、金属製メッシュにより下窄まりの容器状に形成されたフィルター本体2を具え、このフィルター本体2の内側に形成されたコーヒー粉収容部Rに適宜のコーヒー粉Pを収め、コーヒー液を抽出するようにしたコーヒーフィルターであり、フィルター本体2を形成する金属製メッシュは、水平方向に沿って配設される横線同士の間隙寸法が、垂直方向に沿って配設される縦線同士の間隙寸法よりも小さく形成され、縦横でメッシュの目開きが異なる構造であることを特徴とする。また横線同士の間隙寸法は、垂直投影距離でコーヒー粉Pの微粉よりも小さい間隙寸法に設定される一方、縦線同士の間隙寸法は、正面視でコーヒー粉Pの微粉よりも大きな間隙寸法に設定されることが好ましい。【選択図】図1 |
