DATA CORRECTION DEVICE, WIRING PATTERN FORMATION SYSTEM, DATA CORRECTION METHOD, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WIRING BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in finished dimensions of a wiring pattern of a wiring board as a final product.SOLUTION: There are provided a data correction device and a manufacturing method for a wiring board using the data correction device. The data correction device creates difference data from difference between original data on a wiring pattern to be a target or exposure data created on the basis of the original data and actual pattern data created from an actual pattern board formed using the exposure data (C-1); from relation between the difference data and a factor causing the difference, creates a correction function speculating relation between the factor causing the difference and a correction amount for the original data or a correction amount for the exposure data for suppressing the difference (C-2); and creates correction data for the original data on the wiring pattern or the exposure data, the correction data being obtained by performing correction using the correction function (C-3).
