Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device with improved performance of positioning, relative to a conveying direction, of an object to be conveyed.SOLUTION: A conveying device 1 comprises: a conveyance roller mechanism portion 10 having multiple conveyance rollers 11 including conveyance rollers 11A, 11B that are disposed so that a direction A2 perpendicular to an axis of each roller is tilted relative to a conveying direction A1 of an object B to be conveyed; and a positioning belt mechanism portion 20. The object B to be conveyed abuts on a linear portion 21a of a belt, to be positioned. From the upstream side toward the downstream side in the conveyance roller mechanism portion 10, there are disposed multiple conveyance rollers 11 including the conveyance rollers 11A, the conveyance rollers 11B, and conveyance rollers 11C, in this order. A direction perpendicular to an axis of each conveyance roller 11A is tilted relative to the conveying direction A1 at a large angle, while a direction perpendicular to an axis of each conveyance roller 11B is tilted at a small angle. Finally, a direction perpendicular to an axis of each conveyance roller 11C is identical to the conveying direction A1. In addition, the multiple conveyance rollers 11 are disposed so that the coefficient of friction of each roller surface varies from a small value to a large value, from the upstream side toward the downstream side in the conveying direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】搬送対象物の搬送方向への位置決め性能を向上させることができる搬送装置を提供すること。【解決手段】軸直交方向A2を搬送対象物Bの搬送方向A1に対して傾斜配置された搬送ローラ11A、11Bを含む複数の搬送ローラ11を備えた搬送ローラ機構部10と、位置決めベルト機構部20と、を有してなり、搬送対象物Bがベルト直線状部分21aに当接されることによって位置決めされる搬送装置1であって、搬送ローラ機構部10は、複数の搬送ローラ11が、上流側から下流側に向けて、搬送方向A1に対する軸直交方向の傾斜角度が大きい搬送ローラ群11Aから傾斜角度の小さい搬送ローラ群11Bに変化され、さらには、軸直交方向が搬送方向A1に向いた搬送ローラ群11Cに変化されるように配置され、かつ、搬送方向上流側から下流側に向けて、複数の搬送ローラ11がローラ表面を小さい摩擦係数から大きい摩擦係数に変化されるように配置される。【選択図】図2 |
