Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacking tray which effectively disperses a load when stacked and has load-bearing performance higher than that of a conventional one.SOLUTION: In a tray body 12, a bottom plate part 14 and a side wall part are configured by a folded structure of one piece. The bottom plate part 14, the side wall part and an inner frame part 36 are configured by a work member in which a corrugated core material is sandwiched between a pair of front layer materials. The inner frame part 36 has a height of at least a part thereof which is higher than the side wall part. Herein, it is desirable that the side wall part and the inner frame part 36 are so made as to be a laminate structure by folding the work member at least one time, and are so configured as to be located with a direction thereof orthogonal to a plate surface of the front layer material as a load-bearing direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】積層配置時の荷重を効果的に分散し、従来よりも耐荷重の高い段積みトレイを提供する。【解決手段】底板部14と側壁部とを一体物からの折り曲げ構造により構成しているトレイ本体12であって、底板部14、側壁部、及び内枠部36は、波型芯材を一対の表層材で挟持した工作部材により構成されており、内枠部36は、少なくとも一部の高さが側壁部よりも高背となることを特徴とする。ここで、側壁部および内枠部36は、工作部材を少なくとも一回折り曲げ加工する事で積層構造とし、表層材の板面に直交する方向を耐荷重方向として配置される構造とすることが望ましい。【選択図】図1 |
