WASHING EQUIPMENT FOR WHEELS OF WHEELCHAIR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide washing equipment for wheels of wheelchair, which does not require a drive motor and a feeder line of washing equipment, which performs dry cleaning which does not use a cleaning fluid, which can be reduced in a size and weight, and as the result, which can be installed on a general home.SOLUTION: An electric wheelchair 1 comprises: a frame 11; drive wheels (tires) 12L as rear wheels; and free wheels (tires) 13L as front wheels. Washing equipment 2 comprises: a wheel travel base 21; a pair of rollers 22a-1, 22a-2 for rotating and supporting the drive wheels 12L: a washing part 23a provided between the rollers 22a-1, 22a-2; a pair of rollers 22b-1, 22b-2 for rotating and supporting the free wheels 13L; and a washing part 23b provided between the rollers 22b-1, 22b-2. The inside roller 22a-2 and inside roller 22b-1 are connected by a timing belt 24, and a ratchet and a ratchet pawl for locking the rollers 22a-2, 22b-1 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】洗浄装置の駆動用モータ及び給電線を不要とし、しかも、洗浄液を用いない乾式洗浄とし、小型化及び軽量化でき、この結果、一般家庭にも設置できる車椅子車輪用洗浄装置を提供する。【解決手段】電動車椅子１は、フレーム１１、後輪として駆動輪（タイヤ）１２Ｌ及び前輪としての自在輪（タイヤ）１３Ｌを備えている。洗浄装置２は、車輪走行台２１と、駆動輪１２Ｌを回転支持するための１対のローラ２２ａ−１、２２ａ−２と、ローラ２２ａ−１、２２ａ−２間に設けられた洗浄部２３ａと、自在輪１３Ｌを回転支持するための１対のローラ２２ｂ−１、２２ｂ−２と、ローラ２２ｂ−１、２２ｂ−２間に設けられた洗浄部２３ｂとを備えている。内側のローラ２２ａ−２と内側のローラ２２ｂ−１とはタイミングベルト２４によって接続され、ローラ２２ａ−２、２２ｂ−１をロックするためのラチェット及びラチェット爪が設けられている。【選択図】図１
