Zusammenfassung: | CONSTITUTION: A wave type molding plate has a core layer containing a polycarbonate resin (A), a near-infrared reflective pigment (B), an inorganic near-infrared absorber (C) and an antioxidizing agent (D), where the near-infrared reflective pigment (B) is a composite oxide pigment containing at least two or more elements selected from chrome and iron, an amount of the near-infrared reflective pigment (B) is 0.01-20 pts.wt. and an amount of the inorganic near-infrared absorber (C) is 0.001-2 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the polycarbonate resin (A); and a cap layer which contains the polycarbonate resin (A) and an ultraviolet absorber (E) and has one surface closely arranged in the core layer.EFFECT: A wave type molding plate does not impair heat resistance and mechanical physical properties inherent to a polycarbonate resin, is inexpensive because of dispensing with a special process, and is excellent in solar radiation reflectance, visible light permeability, solar radiation permeability.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【構成】 ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)と近赤外線反射顔料(B)と無機系近赤外線吸収剤(C)と酸化防止剤(D)とを含むコア層であって、該近赤外線反射顔料(B)が、クロム、鉄等から選ばれた少なくとも2種以上の元素を含む複合酸化物顔料であり、該近赤外線反射顔料(B)の量が該ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100重量部に対して0.01〜20重量部であり、該無機系近赤外線吸収剤(C)が、0.001〜2重量部であるコア層と、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)と紫外線吸収剤(E)とを含みその一方の表面が該コア層に密着配置される等したキャップ層を備えることを特徴とする、波型成形板。【効果】 本発明の波型成形板は、ポリカーボネート樹脂が本来有する耐熱性、機械物性等を損なうことなく、特別な工程が不要なため安価で、日射反射性、可視光透過性および日射透過性に優れる。【選択図】 なし |
