Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having an action for improving light deterioration odor which contains a sulfur-containing compound and/or monoterpenes, and a food containing the composition.SOLUTION: (1) A composition has an action for improving light deterioration odor which contains a sulfur-containing compound and/or monoterpenes. (2) The composition has the action for improving light deterioration odor according to (1), where the sulfur-containing compound is dimethyl sulfide and/or dimethyl disulfide. (3) The composition has the action for improving light deterioration odor according to (1) or (2), where the monoterpenes are α-pinene and/or D-limonene.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、含硫化合物及び／又はモノテルペン類を含むことを特徴とする光劣化臭の改善作用を有する組成物、及び該組成物を含む食品を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】（１）含硫化合物及び／又はモノテルペン類を含むことを特徴とする光劣化臭の改善作用を有する組成物。（２）前記含硫化合物がジメチルスルフィド及び／又はジメチルジスルフィドであることを特徴とする（１）に記載の光劣化臭の改善作用を有する組成物。（３）前記モノテルペン類がα-ピネン及び／又はＤ−リモネンであることを特徴とする（１）又は（２）のいずれか１項に記載の光劣化臭の改善作用を有する組成物。【選択図】なし
