Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell organelle-localized fusion protein that enables high-precision observation of a cell organelle and a cell organelle-localized protein, a nucleic acid encoding the protein, an expression vector containing the nucleic acid, and a cell into which the nucleic acid has been introduced, and to provide a method for visualizing a cell organelle with a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there are provided a fusion protein comprising a localization signal peptide to a cell organelle, a fluorescent protein, and a proteasome degradation signal peptide; a nucleic acid encoding the fusion protein; an expression vector containing the nucleic acid; a cell into which the nucleic acid has been introduced; and a method for visualizing a cell organelle, the method comprising the step of expressing the fusion protein in a cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
