A beam generated by the beam generator has a power of 20 W/cmto 200 W/cm, a width of 1 mm to 156 mm, and attains an effect of hydrogenating a solar cell by scanning the solar cell at a scanning speed of 50 mm/sec to 200 mm/sec.
