Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management support device or a maintenance management support system for a water treatment facility, that suitably support operation management or maintenance management of various kinds of equipment inside the water treatment facility including agent addition or biological treatment and the like.SOLUTION: A maintenance management support device 1 comprises : a piping instrumentation system management section 21 for reading and managing a piping instrumentation system diagram which is stored or input in advance; a water treatment unit process module 22 for modeling unit operation of a water treatment facility including agent addition and/or biological treatment; a module formed by modeling a flow rate or pressure of a fluid flowing inside a structure including at least the piping; and a simulator construction section 17 for selecting a connection relation of the structure including the piping, and generating a simulator 20.
