Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition having excellent sensitivity, an insulating film formed by using the photosensitive composition, a color filter formed by using the photosensitive composition, a display device including the insulating film or the color filter, and a compound to be suitably compounded as a photopolymerization initiator into the photosensitive composition.SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition comprises (A) a photopolymerizable compound and (B) a photopolymerization initiator, in which the (B) photopolymerization initiator contains a compound represented by formula (1). In the formula (1), Ris a hydrogen atom, a nitro group, or a monovalent organic group; Rand Rare each an optionally substituted linear alkyl group, an optionally substituted cyclic organic group, or a hydrogen atom, and Rand Rmay be bonded to each other to form a ring; Ris a monovalent organic group; Ris a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted alkyl group having 1 to 11 carbon atoms, or an optionally substituted aryl group; n is an integer from 0 to 4; and m is 0 or 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】感度に優れる感光性組成物と、当該感光性組成物を用いて形成された絶縁膜と、当該感光性組成物を用いて形成されたカラーフィルタと、当該絶縁膜又は当該カラーフィルタを備える表示装置と、当該感光性組成物に光重合開始剤として好適に配合される化合物とを提供すること。【解決手段】(A)光重合性化合物と、(B)光重合開始剤とを含む感光性組成物において、(B)光重合開始剤に、下記式(1)で表される化合物を含有させる。式(1)中、R1は水素原子、ニトロ基又は1価の有機基であり、R2及びR3は、それぞれ、置換基を有してもよい鎖状アルキル基、置換基を有してもよい環状有機基、又は水素原子であり、R2とR3とは相互に結合して環を形成してもよく、R4は1価の有機基であり、R5は、水素原子、置換基を有してもよい炭素原子数1〜11のアルキル基、又は置換基を有してもよいアリール基であり、nは0〜4の整数であり、mは0又は1である。【選択図】図1 |
