PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition having excellent sensitivity, an insulating film formed by using the photosensitive composition, a color filter formed by using the photosensitive composition, a display device including the insulating film or the color filter, and a compound to be suitably compounded as a photopolymerization initiator into the photosensitive composition.SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition comprises (A) a photopolymerizable compound and (B) a photopolymerization initiator, in which the (B) photopolymerization initiator contains a compound represented by formula (1).
