Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact three-dimensional shape measuring machine, capable of accurately composing a frame image even without moving a measuring head at a constant speed to measure a highly accurate shape.SOLUTION: A non-contact three-dimensional shape measuring machine for composing the three-dimensional shape of an object to be imaged on the basis of a frame image imaged by a camera while scanning a measuring head 10 in the optical axis direction (the Z-axis) and position information acquiring the image comprises: means 12 for detecting scanning positions dZand dZof the measuring head 10 while imaging a plurality of raw images; and means for creating an interpolation image by linear interpolation using information on the scanning position dZand dZto the imaged raw images 1 and 2 and creating a composition frame image using the interpolation image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】測定ヘッドが一定速度で移動しない場合であっても、フレーム画像を精度良く合成して、高精度な形状測定を可能とする非接触三次元形状測定機を提供する。【解決手段】測定ヘッド10を光軸(Z軸)方向に走査させながらカメラで撮像したフレーム画像と、その画像を取得した位置情報を元にして撮像対象の三次元形状を合成するようにされた非接触三次元形状測定機において、複数の生画像を撮像する間の測定ヘッド10の走査位置dZ1、dZ2を検出する手段12と、撮像された生画像1,2に対して、走査位置dZ1、dZ2の情報を利用した線形補間により補間画像を生成すると共に、補間画像を用いて合成フレーム画像を生成する手段と、を備える。【選択図】図3
