Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material capable of providing orientation property to heat conductivity and electrical conductivity of a molded body and easily manufacturing the molded body, a molding device and a manufacturing method of the molded body.SOLUTION: A molding material contains metal fine particles obtained by cutting a metal and formed with a scaly shape, and a resin. A molded body is formed by discharging the molding material from an injection exit which is shorter than the maximum length of the scaly shaped metal fine particles contained in the molding material and can inject the metal fine particles into the mold in a same direction. Thereby directions of metal fine particles are aligned and a molded body having orientation property on heat conductivity and electrical conductivity can be manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】成形体について伝熱性及び電気伝導性に配向性を持たせることができるうえ、容易に製造することができる成形材料、成形装置及び成形体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】成形材料は、金属を切削して得られ鱗片状に形成された金属微粒子と、樹脂と、を含有する。この成形材料は、この成形材料に含まれる鱗片状の金属微粒子の最大長より短く、かつ金属微粒子を同じ向きで金型内に射出可能な射出口から金型に吐出されて成形体が形成される。これにより、金属微粒子の方向が揃えられ、伝熱性や電気伝導性に配向性を有する成形体を製造することができる。【選択図】図1
