FILLET WELDING METHOD AND FILLET WELDING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fillet welding method and a fillet welding structure capable of suppressing formation of a swelled part on a fillet welding metal part, when fillet-welding the end of a weld object member to a weld mating member.SOLUTION: A stepped tongue piece part 70 constituted of a step part 71 and a tongue piece body 72 is formed on the end 41a of a first plate 41, and the first plate 41 is arranged on a weld fixing position on a boom body 31, to thereby place the stepped tongue piece part 70 on the boom body 31. Then, fillet welding is carried out so that the tongue piece body 72 of the stepped tongue piece part 70 is covered with a fillet welding metal part 76 formed by welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】溶接相手部材に溶接対象部材の端部を隅肉溶接する際に、隅肉溶接金属部に盛上り部が形成されることを抑制することが可能な隅肉溶接方法および隅肉溶接構造を提供する。【解決手段】第１プレート４１の端部４１ａに、段部７１および舌片本体７２から構成された段付き舌片部７０を形成し、ブーム本体３１上の溶接固定位置に第１プレート４１を配置して、段付き舌片部７０をブーム本体３１上に載置する。段付き舌片部７０の舌片本体７２が、溶接により形成される隅肉溶接金属部７６によって覆われるように隅肉溶接を行う。【選択図】図５
